What's available?
Professional courses
These are longer, more challenging courses that include multiple units, quizzes, and a final exam. Courses currently available:

- Truancy and Dropout: Mending Cracks in the Graduation Pipeline ($149).
Para-professional courses
Each of the 16 short courses in the Youth Development Institute (YDI) takes about one hour to complete. You can pick and choose which classes you want to take and in what order. These courses are ideal for after school program staff. (Each course is $15).
Nonprofit Capacity Building Toolkits
These toolkits provide nonprofit leaders and managers with guidance on:
- Assessing organizational capacity and creating capacity building strategies
- strengthening a nonprofit board of directors
Toolkits include downloadable forms and templates. (Each toolkit is $8.)
